Chasing Development

When is the best time to prioritize developing your skillset? You should never stop learning especially in the tech industry that is changing every day. However, when you are first starting out in the field is when you should focus on your development the most.

Try to find a job where you can be mentored and focus on learning the core principles of your role. Having a mentor can help expedite your learning process. After you have the core principles down, you should try to become a sponge and soak in as much knowledge from the people you are working with.
