As a software tester, whether working remotely or in-person, you will usually work as part of a team with different team members. Each of these team members has a different role, but ultimately, everyone has the same goal of providing the best possible product or service for customers. In this article, we will discuss the different roles in a software development team and their responsibilities.
Product Manager/Product Owner
The Product Manager/Product Owner is responsible for the product vision and ensuring the team delivers the right product to customers. They work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
