The Agile model takes on an iterative approach for managing a team project. A large project is often broken down into short sprints or iterations through the software development life cycle. Agile model prioritizes incremental and frequent delivery. This allows for more customer feedback. Agile teams, because of the small cycles are better equipped to change their focus and direction.
